Technical Operations & Maintenance

- Manage end-to-end technical facility operations, including:
- Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS)
- HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems)
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Fire detection and firefighting systems
- Plumbing, STP, WTP, and water management systems

- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are effectively implemented.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance planning.
- Review technical reports, maintenance records, and equipment health assessments.

Facility & Vendor Management

- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and service partners.
- Manage technical vendors and AMC contracts to ensure service quality and SLA adherence.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely closure of technical complaints and escalations.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Maintain 100% compliance with statutory requirements,



EHS standards, and corporate policies.
- Ensure all critical systems comply with local authorities' regulations.
- Conduct regular audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead emergency response planning and business continuity initiatives.

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical facility-related matters.
- Present operational updates, technical performance reports, and improvement plans to client stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service delivery excellence.

Reporting & Budget Management

- Prepare monthly management reports, technical dashboards, and operational reviews.
- Monitor facility budgets, utility consumption, and maintenance expenditures.
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
