- Consult with senior engineers and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and design specifications
- Design and prototype video solutions in dedicated laboratory environments
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of video systems before production deployment
- Engineer and test Webex Meetings deployments and integration scenarios
- Design and validate Zoom enterprise implementations and hybrid configurations
- Implement and test Microsoft Teams meetings, webinars, and townhall solutions
- Engineer Kaltura content delivery network solutions and streaming workflows
- Design and test digital signage systems and content management platforms
- Implement Cloud Video Interop (CVI) and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions
- Engineer broadcasting systems and live streaming implementations
- Design and validate IPTV distribution systems and content delivery
- Develop detailed implementation guides and technical documentation for operations teams




- Create step-by-step procedures and runbooks for system deployment and configuration
- Provide technical consultation and support to operations teams during production migrations
- Assist operations teams during system upgrades and major configuration changes
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with operations personnel
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes
- Perform capacity planning analysis and load testing for video platforms
- Create comprehensive handover documentation including configuration details and troubleshooting guides
- Maintain laboratory environments and video testing infrastructure
- Support vendor coordination and technical discussions during implementations

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 8 - 10 years of experience in video communications engineering or consulting
- Experience with laboratory testing and proof-of-concept implementations
- Background in technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Technical Skills

- Robust understanding of video protocols and codecs (H.264, H.265, SIP, WebRTC)




- Proficiency in video conferencing platform design and implementation
- Knowledge of IP networking protocols and video network design principles
- Experience with content delivery networks and streaming technologies
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Understanding of video quality metrics and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of network security principles and video security implementations
- Experience with digital signage and display management systems
