Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of stock records.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory levels, quantities, and values, and recommend actions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with store managers, shift supervisors, and other team members to implement corrective measures.
- Develop reports on audit findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-8 years of experience in retail operations or related field.
- Solid understanding of store management principles, including inventory control systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts (if required).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
