JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects within our organization. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resources allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

- Lead project kick-off meetings to communicate project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities to team members and stakeholders.

- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

- Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed to minimize project disruptions.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and reviews, facilitating discussions to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing impacts and negotiating with stakeholders to reach mutually acceptable agreements.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices,



methodologies, and standards, implementing process improvements as needed to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify successes, areas for improvement, and best practices to inform future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex challenges.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
