ROLE: Customer Advisor Sales

What you'll be doing

We're looking for a Customer Advisor Sales with a background in telesales to join CheQ's support team. You'll handle customer queries related to loans, credit products, and repayments combining your sales-honed communication skills with a customer-first approach to resolve issues, guide users, and support cross-sell/up-sell conversations where relevant.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan queries, repayment schedules, and credit product support
- Support customers through the loan application, disbursal, and repayment journey addressing questions and resolving issues in real time
- Handle chat and email support queries related to lending products, ensuring consistent, accurate communication across channels

What you'll need

Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.

- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or telesales,



specifically within the lending/personal loans domain
- Prior experience at an NBFC, fintech lending platform, or bank's lending/collections process
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both are required).
- Must be located in Bangalore and ready to work from the office.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and a 6-day work week.
- Comfortable handling voice, chat, and email support channels
- Basic understanding of loan products EMI structures, interest calculations, KYC requirements
- Target-driven mindset from telesales background, balanced with genuine customer-service orientation
- Ability to handle objections, difficult conversations, and query escalations calmly and professionally
