Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily cinema operations, including Box Office, F&B;, housekeeping, and auditorium operations.
- Achieve revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
- Monitor P&L;, operating costs, inventory, and cash management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, SOPs, and audit compliance.
- Drive local marketing, upselling, and customer footfall.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor business KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Graduate; Hotel Management or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 710 years in cinema, hospitality, retail, or QSR operations, depending on the role.
- Skills: P&L; management, team leadership, customer service, sales, and cost control.
- Knowledge: F&B; operations, inventory management, SOPs, and MIS reporting.
- Attributes: Solid communication, problem-solving, commercial awareness, and flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends.
