Role & responsibilities

1. Site Execution: Supervise daily sewer rehabilitation and lining work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
2. Site Inspection: Inspect sewer lines, manholes, and work locations before and after rehabilitation.
3. Work Planning: Coordinate daily activities with the project manager, lining supervisor, and site team.
4. Material Management: Monitor material requirements, consumption, and wastage of resin, hardener, liner, and other materials.
5. Quality Control: Ensure work quality and compliance with approved procedures and technical specifications.
6. Measurement & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, and completed work records.
7. Safety Management: Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and confined-space safety requirements.
8. Labour & Equipment: Coordinate manpower, machinery, and equipment for timely project execution.
9. Documentation: Maintain inspection reports, work records, material consumption reports, and progress documentation.
10. Coordination: Coordinate with MWSL/client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
11. Problem Solving:



Identify site challenges, technical issues, and delays, and report them to the project manager.
12. Progress Monitoring: Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and report daily progress to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 25 years of experience in civil construction, sewer rehabilitation, or sewer lining projects.
- Knowledge of sewer inspection, manhole work, site execution, and rehabilitation activities.
- Experience in site supervision, manpower management, and daily progress reporting.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements, and material consumption tracking.
- Ability to maintain site records, DPRs, and quality inspection reports.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and AutoCAD, preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors, and site teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as per project requirements.
