We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with robust expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, SAP FI/MM integration, and invoice processing workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP VIM implementation, configuration, application support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage PO-based and Non-PO invoice processing, validation, and exception handling.
- Work on VIM workflow configuration, invoice approval processes, and document processing.
- Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and monitor workflow execution.
- Support SAP FI/MM integration and resolve invoice posting-related issues.
- Handle production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-based activities.




- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to improve invoice processing efficiency.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM / OpenText VIM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP VIM configuration and invoice processing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with PO and Non-PO invoices.
- Good understanding of SAP FI/MM integration.
- Experience in workflow monitoring, exception handling, and invoice troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, or production support projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
