Responsibilities

- Validation & documentation work of all type instruments.
- Configuring and fault diagnosis of PLC, SCADA, analysers and control loops.
- Maintenance and calibration of the control valve (pneumatic, NRV, PRV, smart positioner valve, pneumatic double acting valve etc.).
- Working knowledge of all type of sensors, controllers, level transmitters etc.
- To prepare and maintain the list of instruments and instrument calibration planner.
- To plan and monitor the instrument calibration activity according to the predetermine planner.
- To plan and monitor HVAC validation according to the schedule, calibration of weighing balances and weights, calibrations of storage tanks etc.
- To check and verify all the calibration certificates and validation certificates.




- To rectify & take action to minimize the major/minor breakdown of instruments plants.
- To maintain and perform work safety with personal protective equipment.
- To maintain the history card or record of instruments.
- To prepare and maintain the documents like - calibration and validation schedule, SOP & Equipment qualification etc.
- Basis knowledge of Electrical works
