We are hiring for the Customer Support Blended Process for Apprentice. Gurgaon. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with positive communication skills who are passionate about customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Freshers can apply for entry-level openings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Must be comfortable with the hybrid work model.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
- Graduate Freshers: 19,500 per month.
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
