Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Team Leader Sales to manage an outbound sales team, drive business targets, monitor performance, and ensure high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and business KPIs.
- Monitor calling performance, conversions, productivity, and team attendance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure adherence to sales scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain team discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills





- Experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or telesales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on sales conversions.
- Ability to motivate team members and handle performance pressure.
- Valuable problem-solving, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Work Requirements

- 9-hour working schedule; shift timings may vary.
- Work from office only at Techno IT Park, Bargi Hills, Jabalpur.
- Work-from-home facility is not available.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
