Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US IT roles
- Work on job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Screen resumes, validate visa status & location preferences
- Submit qualified candidates to open requirements
- Maintain candidate pipeline and tracking sheets
- Meet daily/weekly submission targets

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in OPT recruiting
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Valuable communication & negotiation skills
- Familiarity with US staffing processes
