Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor quality operations including IQC, PQC, OQC, FQC, and PDI.
- Inspect electronic components, PCBs, and inverter assemblies to ensure product quality.
- Conduct functional testing and final inspection of inverters as per specifications.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and rejection data.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of inverter manufacturing, PCB assembly, and electrical testing.
- Understanding of IQC, PQC, OQC, FQC, PDI, QMS, and ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electrical testing instruments.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
