- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Open current Demat accounts for clients, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Meet sales targets by cross-selling relevant financial products to existing clients.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of demat account opening, processing, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
