Role & responsibilities

- Playwright & TypeScript: Hands-on experience in UI and API automation, including writing and maintaining test scripts, working with locators and assertions, validating API requests and responses, and debugging test failures.
- Testing Fundamentals: Robust understanding of test case design, functional testing, regression testing, negative testing, and defect lifecycle management.
- API Testing: Practical experience in REST API testing, including request/response validation, HTTP status codes, authentication, and negative scenarios.
- Automation Frameworks: Basic understanding of Page Object Model (POM), reusable components, and automation framework structure.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Postman, and Jira. Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is good to have.
- Core Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
