Role & responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales operations, stock availability, sample readiness, and dispatch activities across departments.
Prepare and maintain detailed sample lists while managing sample movement for domestic and export client inquiries.
Coordinate vehicle loading and dispatch, verifying product specifications, tile sizes, surface finishes, quantities, and packing requirements.
Provide operational updates, status reports, and dispatch tracking documentation for executive management.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between sales reps, production teams, and dispatch channels
