- Provide customers with information about jewellery products, services, and policies.

- Offer personalised diamond jewellery styling and design consultations.

- Process online orders and manage quotations and customer communications.

- Monitor product availability and maintain inventory records.

- Coordinate product orders, track delivery status, and update the Head Office.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations and design standards.

- Manage product deliveries, advance payments, and receipt generation.

- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure the proper handover of cash to the Head Office.

- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, customer engagement events, and networking initiatives.

- Represent the brand and contribute to revenue generation and product strategy.
