Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Company: Aerial Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Mohali

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract-based technical roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates' technical understanding and communication skills.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Computer Graduate preferred).




- Basic understanding of IT/technology roles and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience

- 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Prior experience in contract hiring in India is preferred.
