1. Take feedback from Quality Assurance Team and initiate the corrective actions

2. Ensure the filter changing process, pinning, Die, Extruders, MDO, EREMA, TDO & Winder machines are maintained and cleaned on regular basis to ensure no impact on the quality of the product

3. Carry out analysis for Jumbo NC and down gradation and take corrective actions accordingly

1. Time taken to achieve normal conditions of plant after breakdown

2. Maintain machine health as per original condition of the machine and report for any deuteriation.
