Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Gabbadi Village, Kanakapura Main Road (Pickup & Drop from Bangalore)

Experience: 4-6 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle end-to-end procurement activities for packaging, raw materials, and general items.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle complete purchase cycle - Vendor identification, quotation, negotiation, PO creation & follow-up.

2. Source new vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships for cost-effective procurement.

3. Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Stores team for material requirements.

4. Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs and maintain optimum inventory.

5. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and ensure quality compliance.

6.



Maintain purchase records, GRN coordination, and update in ERP system.

7. Track market trends, pricing and ensure cost saving initiatives.

8. Follow up with logistics for timely delivery of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBM / MBA preferred)

- 2-5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement (Retail / FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP / Tally

- Positive analytical and vendor management skills
