Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Controls and Operations, with a strong background in risk management, operational controls, audits, assessments, and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening operational processes, ensuring compliance with established controls, managing risks, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead internal audits, control assessments, and operational risk reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational controls, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure process efficiency and adherence to organizational standards.
- Identify operational risks, assess their potential impact, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Manage projects related to process improvement, controls enhancement, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues and strengthen governance.




- Manage negotiations with vendors, service providers, and relevant stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare audit reports, risk assessments, and management updates, ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 610 years of relevant experience in controls, operations, risk management, audit, or a related field.
- CISA, CISSP, CPP, PSP certification, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in leading audits, control reviews, risk assessments, or operational assessments.
- Robust knowledge of risk management and operations management principles.
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
