Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Operations:

- Sourcing & Screening: Call and screen candidates for overseas deployments across construction (welders, plumbers, electricians), hospitality (chefs, waiters), logistics (truck drivers), and mobility (delivery riders) and other profiles.
- Coordination: Schedule trade tests, coordinate client interviews, and manage candidate documentation for deployment.
- Job Fairs: Actively participate in and organize local job fairs to build our talent pipeline.
- Teamwork: Assist the mobilization team with general operational tasks as needed.

Social Media & Technology:

- Content Creation: Design attractive job posters and promotional graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop.
- Social Media Management: Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts,



including shooting and editing engaging Reels to promote job openings.
- AI & Data Management: Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT) for writing content/descriptions, and maintain accurate candidate trackers using Google Sheets and Excel.

What We Are Looking For:

- Robust communication and convincing skills to engage with candidates.
- Creative mindset with hands-on experience in Canva/Photoshop and social media management (Instagram/Facebook Reels).
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT) and highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and a proactive team player.
