Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and email campaigns to drive business growth.
- Convert leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B/BPO sales, cross sales, educational sales, insurance sales, telecom sales, or telesales.
- Robust skills in outbound calling, cold calling, domestic sales, b2b sales, b2c sales.
- Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
