Responsibilities
- Hiring Needs: Work with department heads to define candidate profiles and timelines.
- Sourcing: Find candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Job Postings: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Interviews: Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Offers: Manage reference checks, offers, and follow-up until joining.
- Reporting & Onboarding: Maintain recruitment data and support recent hire onboarding.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions.
