Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive recent business development, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and experience selling SaaS, compliance, HRMS, or payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
- Identify prospective customers and schedule product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Drive sales activities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, industry trends, and market demands.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to understand business requirements and present suitable solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience





- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or services sales.
- Experience selling SaaS, compliance, HRMS, payroll products, or related services is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Experience engaging with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
