Role Summary:
Responsible for piping design, modeling, and detailing using SP3D and AutoCAD. Collaborates with engineering teams to ensure accurate, clash-free piping layouts and documentation. Supports project delivery through design validation, optimization, and compliance with industry standards.

What Youll Do:
- Develop piping designs, pipe routing, and equipment modeling for critical lines
- Model and detail piping systems using SP3D and AutoCAD
- Review clash checks using SPR and generate clash check reports for resolution
- Extract isometrics, perform MTO/BOQ/EBOM validation, and conduct deliverable checks
- Generate inputs from 3D models for stress analysis and interact with stress analysis teams for routing optimization
- Model pipe supports in SP3D as per stress analysis output
- Collaborate with other engineering groups for input collection and clash-free design development
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including design calculations, material take-offs (MTO), and bills of materials (BOM)




- Ensure design changes and drawing revisions are properly implemented and updated
- Perform self-checks for accuracy and completeness of designs
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in piping design

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Diploma or bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, piping design, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in piping design, pipe routing, and equipment modeling
- Experience using SP3D for modeling and AutoCAD for detailing
- Experience with critical lines, isometrics, and detailing
- Experience in isometric extraction, MTO/BOQ/EBOM validation, and deliverable checks
- Experience in clash check/review using SPR and generating reports
- Experience generating inputs for stress analysis and modeling pipe supports as per analysis output
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
