Role & responsibilities

- Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) for B2B sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and process sales invoices in compliance with GST regulations and applicable taxation requirements.
- Handle GST invoicing, e-way bills/waybills, delivery challans, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Manage day-to-day Market Linkages operational activities and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in BigHaats internal ERP application, the Market Linkages platform.
- Coordinate with Sales Field Executives, Supervisors, Buyers, Vendors, and Customers to ensure smooth execution of end-to-end transactions.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and transaction closure.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales invoices, taxation details, and operational documents.
- Monitor transaction discrepancies, respond to customer/vendor queries, and resolve operational escalations promptly.




- Prepare and maintain operational reports and transaction trackers using MS Excel.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on 1-2 yrs experience in Purchase Order (PO) generation and release, particularly for B2B sales transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of GST-compliant sales invoicing, taxation, and e-way bill generation.
- Practical experience in sales operations, order processing, procurement operations, or commercial operations.
- Understanding of GST, invoicing procedures, purchase orders, delivery challans, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel for data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting processes and ERP applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions accurately and meet operational timelines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, as required.
