Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls and provide technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience is mandatory.
- Graduation is compulsory.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidate must have 01 year experience in international Voice experience .
