Qualifications / Requirements

- Education: Full time MBA in HR or MSW - HR from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of core HR experience, with mandatory exposure to a prototype facility, RD center, high-tech engineering design setup.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in managing HRIS platforms and building comprehensive HR dashboards/analytics.
- Key Behavioural Traits: Integrity: Acts with moral courage, maintains strict confidentiality, and builds unbiased, trust-based relationships. Clarity in Communication: Articulates thoughts, instructions, and feedback exceptionally well across diverse groups (from technicians to senior leadership).
