Support Analyst

Full Time Support

We are looking for a Support Analyst who can provide reliable assistance to customers and internal teams while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

You'll investigate issues, communicate with users and coordinate with internal teams to identify solutions and maintain a high level of service.

- Respond to customer and internal support requests.

- Investigate and troubleshoot technical or operational issues.

- Document issues, solutions and support activities.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

What we're looking for

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience and a customer-focused approach. Basic technical knowledge will be an advantage.
