About the Role

Prince Medical College & Hospital, Sikar, is looking for dedicated and experienced Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) to join its clinical team. The ideal candidates should have sound clinical knowledge, positive patient-management skills, and the ability to respond effectively to routine and emergency medical situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide medical care and initial assessment to patients admitted to the hospital.
- Monitor patients' clinical conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress.
- Attend to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate immediate management.
- Coordinate with consultants, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and ensure timely follow-up of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, and documentation.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical cases to the concerned consultant or specialist.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control measures, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, discharge, and referral processes.




- Ensure effective communication with patients and their attendants regarding routine care.
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: BUMS / BHMS / BAMS or other relevant recognized medical qualifications, as applicable to the position and permitted scope of practice.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Valid registration with the applicable statutory medical council or regulatory authority.
- Good clinical assessment, communication, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergency duties.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professional ethics.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies.
- Good coordination with consultants and nursing teams.
- Effective documentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare.
