Job Description:

We are hiring a Semi-Voice Process Executive to provide support to international customers via calls, emails and chat. You will handle queries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction while working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Update CRM with accurate customer information.
- Meet performance targets and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred.

Requirements:





- 0 to 2+ years of customer support experience (Semi Voice Preferred).
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational weekends.
- Proficient in MS office and CRM tools.
