Job Description:

We are hiring candidates with 1 to 2 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, specifically in Payment Posting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance payment posting and manual payment posting.
- Work on EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).
- Perform paper posting and electronic payment posting.
- Review insurance payments, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibility.
- Identify and update denials, underpayments, and claim discrepancies.
- Reconcile payment amounts with EOB/ERA details.




- Maintain accuracy in payment posting and update patient accounts.
- Follow US healthcare billing guidelines and process requirements.
- Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
- Hands-on experience in COB, EOB, ERA, manual posting, and paper posting preferred.
- Good knowledge of payment posting and insurance adjustments.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in US shifts, if required.
