Role & responsibilities:

- Interpret design briefs and understand customer requirements.
- Create, modify, and develop 3D CAD models, including part modelling and technical drafting using SolidWorks.
- Apply SolidWorks features such as Extrude, Extrude Cut, Swept Boss/Base, Lofted Boss/Base, Swept Cut, and Lofted Cut.
- Prepare and present design concepts in accordance with project specifications.
- Incorporate customer feedback and make necessary design modifications.
- Handle international customer queries and design-related discussions through calls, emails, and chat.
- Ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Apply strong CAD modelling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to resolve design-related challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





- Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks and 3D CAD modelling.
- Understanding of part modelling, drafting, and core SolidWorks features.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Work Requirements:

- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules, as applicable.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
