Proven experience as a Production Shift Incharge or in a similar role
Solid understanding of material compositions and their application in production
In-depth knowledge of machinery such as Calendars, Laminators, Extruders, Printers, Rollers
Required Candidate profile
Experience in the PVC industry/Calendaring is required.
Experience in Safety and Risk Management is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Hands-on exp. in machine handling
