Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Executive to manage and execute the deployment of IT solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users by configuring software systems, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, client communication, and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client IT infrastructure, business workflows, and customization needs.
- Plan and execute the implementation of IT solutions (software, systems, or platforms).
- Coordinate with technical teams for configuration, integrations, and testing.
- Install and configure software systems based on client requirements.
- Provide training and onboarding for client teams, including technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) support and go-live assistance.
- Work closely with product and development teams to suggest improvements or resolve bugs.




- Ensure proper documentation and smooth transition to the support or customer success team post-implementation.
- Understand client requirements and business processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product/service implementation.
- Customize or configure software solutions as per client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Support, Sales) for project delivery.
- Provide training and onboarding support to end-users.
- Monitor implementation progress and resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, timelines, and communication.
- Ensure client satisfaction and smooth transition to support teams post-implementation.
- Analyse post-implementation feedback and suggest process improvements.
- To attend ISO Audit internal as well as external.

Requirements:

- Comfortable in both remote and onsite implementation environments.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, client-friendly language.
- Robust documentation and reporting abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
