About the Role

We are hiring Communication & Growth Associates to support customer communication, business operations, and client coordination.

This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, managing responsibilities, learning business processes, and contributing to organisational growth.

The role combines customer relationship management, lead follow-ups, operational coordination, and day-to-day business support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Engagement

- Handle inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers.
- Explain relevant programmes, services, and offerings professionally.
- Follow up with enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

2. Lead Management & CRM

- Update and maintain customer information in CRM software.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of communication activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.
- Training will be provided

Business Operations Support

- Assist the management team with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Support scheduling, documentation, and administrative activities.
- Help organise business development and marketing-related tasks.

4. Business Growth & Coordination

- Support customer acquisition and engagement activities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer interactions.
- Work with the team to achieve agreed business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Solid spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to handle regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in computers, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a growing business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in customer engagement, business development, admissions, or client coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is desirable but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome.
