- Monitor and support production applications running on Kubernetes/GKE environments.
- Manage incident response, RCA, problem management, and service restoration activities.
- Define and improve SLI, SLO, SLA, and Error Budget practices.
- Develop automation solutions using Java and cloud APIs to reduce operational toil.
- Implement and maintain observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Cloud Monitoring, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Platform teams to improve application reliability and availability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Drive platform stability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and resiliency improvements.
- Participate in on-call support and production release activities.
