Job Description:

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

- Connect with clients and resolve their questions and concerns
- Take Escalation calls
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good Motivational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Must be a versatile team player as the nature of this product Operations Team will require contribution in many ways.
- Must have international call center experience
- It will be Night shift only

Additional Information:

- This position requires working US shifts, so flexibility is essential.
- Location is based in Gandhinagar, India, with a requirement to work from the office.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any Field.
- Master’s degree in any Field.
- Diploma or Certificate of Data Analytics from a reputed Institute.
