Ensuring cost effectiveness.

Manpower management : Recruitment, Selection & Induction.

Competency mapping & Skill development: Training need identification, addressing the need

and evaluation.

Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations: Establishing close relation with Union Leaders

External / Internal and formulate modus operandi to arrive at Long Term Settlement.

Salary & Wage Administration: Monitoring wage preparation and examining incentive

payments.

Contract Labour administration: Monitoring contract labour deployment on daily basis -also

meeting the various provision of Contract Labour (R & A) Act. from time to time

Liasoning with Govt. authorities/ Local bodies

Close monitoring on statutory requirement from time to time by preparing statutory roadmap.

Creating image of a Good Corporate Citizen: Undertaking various Social Welfare Activities

Compliance of various provision relating to HR aspect under ISO and other Quality Standards

as applicable

Preferred candidate profile

Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in

Personnel Management & Industrial

Relation or MBA (HR)

13-17 years experience
