Role & responsibilities

- Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle chemical reactions, charging, distillation, filtration, drying, centrifugation and material transfer operations.
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment.
- Maintain process parameters, yield records, batch documentation and equipment logbooks.
- Follow cGMP, EHS, safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Report process deviations, equipment issues and safety incidents to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience:



04 years in API manufacturing or pharmaceutical chemical production.
- Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, unit operations, GMP documentation and industrial safety.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production activities in a manufacturing plant.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn may also apply.
