Job Summary

Were looking for a hands-on Videographer cum Video Editor who can take a video from shoot to final cut. In this mid-level, full-time role, you will handle camera work, lighting and audio on client and in-house shoots, then edit the footage into finished videos for social media, websites and ad campaigns. Youll work closely with the content, social media and design teams to turn briefs into videos that perform on platform.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots for client accounts and in-house requirements, including studio, office and on-location shoots.
- Operate DSLR cameras, set up lighting, and capture clean audio using lapel and shotgun mics.
- Shoot a range of formats: reels and shorts, product videos, testimonials, founder and interview films, event coverage, and ad creatives.
- Edit footage end to end, including cuts, sound design, background score, color correction and grading.
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, text animation, transitions and subtitles as required by the brief.
- Deliver videos in the correct aspect ratios, durations and file specifications for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and paid ad platforms.
- Work from shot lists, scripts and storyboards shared by the content team, and contribute ideas during pre-production.
- Manage raw footage, project files and final assets in an organised folder structure,



with proper backups and version control.
- Handle revisions and client feedback rounds within agreed turnaround times.
- Maintain camera equipment, lights, mics and accessories, and flag repairs or replacements.
- Track shoot and edit timelines for assigned accounts, and proactively flag delays or pending approvals.
- Stay current on video trends, editing styles and platform format changes, and suggest fresh approaches for clients.

Must-Have Skills Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing, preferably in an agency or production setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve and other editing tools.
- Working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera operation, lighting setups, gimbals and audio recording.
- Strong grasp of pacing, cuts, sound design and color grading.
- Proven experience editing short-form vertical content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery deadlines.
- Availability to travel for shoots in and around the assigned location.
