Role Objective

- We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based systems, capable of building end-to-end RAG solutions, semantic search, and production-ready GenAI applications. Able to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI models for real-world applications

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills Qualifications

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc)
- Experience building RAG systems
- Strong understanding of prompting techniques
- Experience designing LLM evaluation frameworks
- Knowledge of LLM validation and quality checks
- Familiarity with vector databases.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
- Experience deploying ML models using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to build automatic unit tests.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- NLP concepts: embeddings, transformers, tokenization
- Exposure to model fine-tuning techniques (LoRA / PEFT preferred)
- Strong understanding of embeddings
- Hands-on with semantic search
- Experience with document chunking strategies
- Solid background in NLP and Generative AI

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- API development using FastAPI / Flask
