Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication; 15 years of full time education required.

Job Description:

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
- Support TIBCO MFT, Redwood JSCAPE MFT, RightFax, and enterprise FTP tools.
- Configure secure file transfers using FTP, SFTP/SCP, HTTP, and Connect.
- Perform application monitoring, SQL administration, and Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
- Use Shell scripting and PGP encryption for secure file transfers.
- Manage certificates, application patching, and access management.




- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with customers and vendors.

Required Skills:

- TIBCO MFT / Enterprise MFT tools.
- FTP, SFTP, SCP, HTTP, and Connect.
- Linux/Unix commands and Shell scripting.
- Basic SQL, database administration, and TCP/IP networking.
- PGP encryption, troubleshooting, and application monitoring.

Good to Have: ITIL V3/V4, AWS, or Azure certification.
