We are looking for a skilled Senior Coder to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding and experience working with healthcare management services.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient coding processes.
- Develop and implement coding standards and best practices to enhance quality and productivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for process enhancements.
- Train and support junior coders to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with changes in coding regulations and guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve coding practices.

Job Requirements





- Strong knowledge of coding principles, including E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC, Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and Radiology.
- Experience working with healthcare management services, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
