Requirements

- Qualification: Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Five years of sales experience, with at least three years in the IVF disposable / medical devices / IVF pharma industry.

Responsibilities

- Should manage all sales activity for the company product portfolio and policy within an assigned region
- Works cross-functionally with other internal departments to maximize sales efforts.
- Acts as a liaison between headquarters and field to ensure effective two-way communication that will drive results.
- Establishes, defines and manages a clear strategic direction and goal attainment targets for his area.
- Appointment current distributors and directs and develops them in the field within the region to drive individual and group performance.
- Provide support and coaching to distributors in assigned regions to facilitate a high level of product sales and contribute to corporate and divisional objectives.
- Defines and manages the monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales objectives.
- Proactively monitors and reports on issues affecting the region, including pricing, competitive pressures, distributors, talent, market/industry movements, and other business and/or customer challenges that impact regional performance.
- Perform regional sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting. - Contribute to divisional, regional, and individual goal-setting and planning processes.
- Work directly with Corporate Accounts, when necessary, to establish field contact with corporate offices located within regional boundaries.
