Handle payroll coordination, leave management and employee related documentation.
Manage HR operations employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Required Candidate profile
* ands-on experience in HR and Operations within a manufacturing industry.
* Positive knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, PF, and ESIC.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
