The purpose to fill this position is to understand the B2B database requirements and act accordingly by catering to the Lead Generation operational requirements on a daily basis. This role also involves managing the complex database in phases such as procurement, storage, management and processing. In addition, the resource will contribute to the database management strategies and ensure the data is updated and current.

Responsibilities

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power Bi and advanced analytics tools will be a plus
- Use best practices to fine-tune and constantly enhance project execution, internal documentation, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate accountability by meeting all of the acceptance criteria for the completion of a particular Project.
- Manage dependencies on a continuous basis, eliminate obstacles, and look for methods to enhance the quality and timeliness of deliveries.
- Collaboration and communication with key stakeholders inside the company are essential for providing best-in-class service.
- Provide good data stewardship by understanding the requirements, probing for details, analysing the data, and detecting trends in order to execute projects with high-quality outcomes and within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Source company and contact data using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slintel and other approved platforms. Build targeted databases based on client ICP, geography, industry, company size and job titles.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports covering data production, uploads, campaign delivery, utilization, turnaround time, quality metrics and team productivity.
