Lead ERPNext implementations by understanding business requirements, conducting CRP sessions, designing functional solutions, managing GAP analysis, coordinating with technical teams, and overseeing UAT and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

- Lead ERPNext implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live
- Conduct CRP sessions and understand client business processes
- Analyze business requirements and identify functional gaps
- Design ERPNext solutions aligned with business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
- Manage UAT activities and resolve functional issues
- Support clients during go-live and post-implementation activities
- Manage functional requirements independently across multiple projects

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext implementations
- Robust understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
- Experience conducting CRP sessions and GAP analysis
- Good knowledge of Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,



or related modules
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently manage functional requirements and deliverables
- Good communication and documentation skills
