Job Summary

UST is looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, and AI-driven application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and engineering intelligent applications while leveraging AI-assisted development methodologies. This role requires hands-on experience in full-stack development, contemporary frontend frameworks, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered solution engineering.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in building innovative AI-enabled applications and enterprise solutions. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and development teams to design scalable technical solutions, accelerate software development using AI tools, and deliver high-quality products that drive business value.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications and enterprise solutions using Python and Node.js.
- Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Leverage AI tools and assistants to generate, optimize, review, and improve code quality and development productivity.
- Develop end-to-end software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform Low-Level Design (LLD) and contribute to technical architecture and solution design activities.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical implementations.
- Integrate applications with enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Automate, workflow systems, and Salesforce.
- Develop APIs, services, and reusable components to support business applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.




- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development acceleration tools.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Python for application and AI solution development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend service development and integrations.
- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js for modern frontend development.
- Experience building and delivering end-to-end enterprise products and solutions.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools for code generation, code review, and development acceleration.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to develop detailed low-level technical designs from architectural blueprints.
- Experience integrating solutions with enterprise platforms and business applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts in business and technology discussions.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

4 to 8 Years (or as per project requirements)
